Special Order and Delivery Instructions

Nigbur’s Fine Furniture does not usually remove furniture that is currently in the home. If you are unable to remove your old furniture this can be offered at a service fee or by contacting a nonprofit or charitable organization.

Our Delivery Staff is unable to disconnect and reconnect electronic components; they are also unable to move them. If you need to allow for more time before delivery to make these arrangements just contact us.

If the item(s) is in stock delivery can be arranged for morning or afternoon at the time of purchase. If the item(s) needs to be ordered the sales associate will give you an approximate time frame of when you order should be shipped to our store, once the order arrives at our store and is inspected, you will receive a phone call to arrange for delivery. Please allow yourself enough time before delivery to prepare the room.

Yes. Your furniture will be assembled by our staff prior to your pick up time. Please let us know what type of vehicle you will be using or of any size restrictions before pick up so we can have it wrapped properly.

Nigbur’s Fine Furniture does offer design service; we can arrange a time with you to come to your home and help you design your room(s), there is a consultation fee for this service, however, it is credited to your account if you make a purchase of $1000 or more.

No. What we show on the website is just a small sample of what we have in the store. Our inventory is always changing and our custom order options are always available to you from several furniture and accessory lines that we offer.

There are several products available to maintain your furniture. We offer a variety of Guardsman products that will touch up light marks and minor scratches, as well as water rings. Yes, we offer special orders for collections that we do not stock, as well as custom options available from manufacturer’s to change sizes, finishes, fabrics and hardware.

We do have customer/store agreements that are stated at the time of your order/purchase. If it was a special order of any kind, we have a 30% restocking fee on these items, we do offer reselection or in-store credit towards a future purchase. Please keep in mind that we do offer “some” items on an “on approval” option. Please ask to receive more information on this option.
