Buyer agrees that changes in availability and deliver do not invalidate this order. Seller shall not be held responsible for delays or defaults in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer’s scheduling or delivery, availability of materials, war, strikes, acts of God or any other cause beyond the control of the seller.
